We can provide a full range of contentious and non-contentious tax advice to clients both in the UK and internationally. Our success is based on our ability to offer cross border tax advice taking into account the specific circumstances of our clients.
Our contentious tax work includes representing clients in litigation against HMRC.
Our non-contentious tax experience includes advising on tax issues relating to buying and selling of companies, mergers, demergers, joint ventures, partnership structures and tax implications of buying and selling of properties, including stamp duty land tax, VAT and capital gains tax.
Our Tax department also works closely with our Wills & Probate department to ensure that clients get the right tax advice during estate planning, including advice in relation to inheritance tax.
